Descriptions of information collected

General. When you use the Service, you can browse without submitting personally identifiable information. We will, however, receive and store some non-personally identifiable information. Payments. If you make a payment to NONMLS, we will collect information required for payment processing. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your payment card information.

Public content. You may provide information through the Service that is intended for public consumption, including photos, ratings, reviews, and real estate listing information.

Location information. If you use our Service, we may receive your generic location such as city or neighborhood, or with your consent, precise geographic location data.

Automatically collected information. We may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and the date and time of each request.

Cookies. A cookie is a small text file stored on a computer for record-keeping purposes. You may set your browser to reject cookies, though certain features of the Service may not be available without them.

Web beacons. Web beacons are tiny graphics with a unique identifier used to track online movements. Analytics providers may place web beacons on the site.

Third-party analytics. We may use analytics providers such as Google Analytics to collect information about Service usage, including pages visited, time spent, browser version, operating system, and IP address.

Do not track settings. Because we track Service usage through cookies and other tracking mechanisms, your browser's Do Not Track selection may not affect our collection of information. The only way to completely opt out is to actively manage your browser settings to disable cookies and tracking technologies.

We exercise care in facilitating the transmission of information between your device and the servers that operate the Service. While we have safeguards in place, no transmission of data over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. California minors. If you are a California resident under age 18 and you believe your information has become publicly available through the Service and you are unable to remove it, you may request removal by contacting us at privacy@nonmls.com.

California Consumer Privacy Act

Sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. Because of this, we do not offer an option to opt out of the sale of personal information.

Your rights. Under the CCPA, you have the right to request that we disclose what personal information about you has been collected, used, disclosed, and sold, and that we delete your personal information.

Exercising your rights. You can exercise your rights and submit CCPA disclosure or deletion requests by contacting us at privacy@nonmls.com. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt.

California Shine the Light law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to obtain from us, once per year and free of charge, a list of third parties to whom we have disclosed personally identifiable information for direct marketing purposes. To submit such a request, email privacy@nonmls.com with "California Privacy Rights" in the subject line.

The Services and our privacy practices are intended to comply with the fair information principles of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you are a Canadian resident, you have the right to request access to the existence, use, and disclosure of your personal information, and to challenge its accuracy. The Service is not intended for use outside the United States or Canada. If you provide personally identifiable information to us, it may be transferred to and processed on computers in the United States and other countries.
