NONMLS Marketplace Website ("NONMLS," "our," "we," or "us") understands your privacy is important. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, process, and share your information in relation to your access and use of this website and any other websites operated by us, our mobile applications, and any of our other products or services that link to this Privacy Policy (the "Service"). By visiting, accessing, or using the Service, you expressly consent to the collection, use, storage, transfer, processing, and disclosure of your information, including personally identifiable information, as described in this Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE ANY PART OF THE SERVICE, REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT, OR MAKE A PURCHASE.
This Privacy Policy complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Privacy Policy.
Please be aware that the Service and all associated services and systems are housed on servers in the United States and Canada. If you are located outside of these countries, information we collect is processed and stored there, which may not offer the same level of privacy protection as the country where you reside.

General. When you use the Service, you can browse without submitting personally identifiable information. We will, however, receive and store some non-personally identifiable information. In order to participate in certain functionalities, you may be asked to provide personally identifiable information such as your name, postal address, email address, or telephone number.
Account and login. If you create an account, you will be asked to provide your email address and a password. It is your responsibility to keep your information current and to ensure we have an active and deliverable email address for you.
Payments. If you make a payment to NONMLS, we will collect information required for payment processing. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your payment card information.
Public content. You may provide information through the Service that is intended for public consumption, including photos, ratings, reviews, and real estate listing information.
Location information. If you use our Service, we may receive your generic location such as city or neighborhood, or with your consent, precise geographic location data.
Automatically collected information. We may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and the date and time of each request.
Cookies. A cookie is a small text file stored on a computer for record-keeping purposes. You may set your browser to reject cookies, though certain features of the Service may not be available without them.
Web beacons. Web beacons are tiny graphics with a unique identifier used to track online movements. Analytics providers may place web beacons on the site.
Third-party analytics. We may use analytics providers such as Google Analytics to collect information about Service usage, including pages visited, time spent, browser version, operating system, and IP address.

Children's privacy
The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Your California privacy rights
California Consumer Privacy Act
Sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. Because of this, we do not offer an option to opt out of the sale of personal information.
Your rights. Under the CCPA, you have the right to request that we disclose what personal information about you has been collected, used, disclosed, and sold, and that we delete your personal information.
Exercising your rights. You can exercise your rights and submit CCPA disclosure or deletion requests by contacting us at privacy@nonmls.com. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt.
California Shine the Light law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to obtain from us, once per year and free of charge, a list of third parties to whom we have disclosed personally identifiable information for direct marketing purposes. To submit such a request, email privacy@nonmls.com with "California Privacy Rights" in the subject line.
Canadian residents
The Services and our privacy practices are intended to comply with the fair information principles of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you are a Canadian resident, you have the right to request access to the existence, use, and disclosure of your personal information, and to challenge its accuracy. Non U.S. and non Canadian residents
The Service is not intended for use outside the United States or Canada. If you provide personally identifiable information to us, it may be transferred to and processed on computers in the United States and other countries. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Additional rights for EEA and certain other territories
If you are from the European Economic Area or certain other territories, you may have the right to erasure, the right to object to processing, the right to restrict processing, and the right to data portability.
